FIVE STEPS TO START A TRAVEL MINISTRY
1. Find a volunteer to head up the Travel Ministry.
- This is should not be difficult since there are avid
travelers in every group.
2. The leader may want to form a travel committee or team,
to develop a yearly calendar of events, such as:
- An International Pot Luck Dinner
- Evenings of movies, videos, or slides of various
destinations, especially faith- based destinations
- Speaker, such as local Christian travel agent
- The actual trip itself
3. Work with a local Christian travel agent to help the
process be easy and stress-free.
4. Offer one popular vacation trip once a year.

the spiritual leader on the trip.
